Swiss DJ and producer NVST emerged from Lausanne’s free party and illegal rave circuits, a background that still informs a direct and high-intensity approach to club music. Her sets move across breakbeat, techno, acid and industrial, shaped by a sharp sense of tension and release, where structures shift and rebuild in real time.

 

Working the dancefloor as a space of friction rather than genre navigation, she has performed at key venues and festivals including Tresor, Garage Noord, Dekmantel, Horst Arts & Music, Positive Education and Montreux Jazz Festival. Touring extensively across Europe, Asia and Latin America, she continues to expand her international presence, with a first run of shows in Brazil in 2026 and upcoming North American appearances at Nowadays and MUTEK Montréal.

 

Alongside her DJ work, NVST has released multiple projects on labels such as Tresor, Dekmantel, Fabric Records, SSPB, Les Disques Magnétiques and Maloca. She is also developing audiovisual and live formats through Drift Institute and Sixsixsevenfortyseven, currently working on her first solo live show in collaboration with Mika Oki, extending her practice beyond the club context. NVST co-directs Big Science, a sound experimentation lab dedicated to the most radical fringes of electronic music, together with Warzou. A resident on Kiosk Radio, Rinse FM and C12 ,she continues to push the boundaries of her craft, asserting an uncompromising and fiercely independent visionof electronic music
